Join a growing team that plays a critical role in building the structures that shape our communities. We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Crane Operator to support steel and erection projects.
What You'll Do:
- Operate cranes to safely lift, move, and position structural steel and related materials.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Work closely with riggers, ironworkers, and project crews to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Assist with crane and lift plans when necessary.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed.
- Be willing to travel and stay in a motel when jobs require it.
- Operate forklift to assist with unloading and shaking out materials as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous crane operating experience required.
- NCCCO certification required.
- OSHA rigging and signaling training required.
- CDL or ability to obtain a CDL is preferred.
- Knowledge of rigging practices and load charts.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Work Schedule:
7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays. Weekend work is occasionally necessary.
